Cracked or black screen
A dropped laptop or a busted panel gets a new screen for your exact model. Cracked, black, or flickering, we swap it and test it before it goes back.

Nothing when you hit the power button, or it lights up and won’t boot. We diagnose the cause and get it powered on again.
Spilled liquid
Coffee, water, anything. Bring it in and we’ll assess the damage and get it working again. Don’t keep trying to power it on in the meantime.

Running slow or acting up? We clean out viruses and malware and get Windows back in shape. Faster storage and more memory help too.
Dead battery
A laptop that dies fast or won’t hold a charge gets a fresh battery. We also fix charging ports that only work at the right angle.

1–2 business daysFor complex issues like liquid damage, no power, or intermittent problems, there’s a $79 diagnostic fee to thoroughly identify the issue. We ask for 1 to 2 business days for the diagnostic process.

3–5 business days totalFor straightforward part replacements, we order the part the same day and usually finish once it arrives. Most laptop repairs run 3 to 5 business days total, and that window includes the 1 to 2 day diagnostic — it is not added on top. Some common parts are available sooner.

We recommend backing up your data before any repair if possible. While we take care to protect your files, some repairs carry a risk of data loss. If your laptop won’t turn on and you need files recovered, ask us about our data recovery services.
