Laptops and phones are the two devices we pull files from most. The data is usually still there, even when the device won’t turn on.
Laptop data recovery
Your laptop won’t turn on, won’t charge, or took a spill, and your files are stuck inside. We pull them from the drive, the SSD, or the board itself, then hand them back on fresh media.
Phone data recovery
A dead or water-damaged phone still holds your photos, messages, and contacts. We recover them even when the phone won’t power on, down to board-level work when it’s needed.

If your drive is failing, do this first
The wrong move can turn a recoverable drive into a lost one. Before you bring it in:
- Stop using the device — every read and write can overwrite what’s left.
- Don’t run recovery software on a drive that’s physically failing.
- Don’t open the drive yourself — it has to be opened in a clean environment.
- For a wet phone, don’t charge it or try to power it on.

How much does data recovery cost?
Most recoveries land in the $100 to $750 range, depending on the device and the type of failure. We evaluate the device first and quote a firm price, and you approve it before any billable work begins. And it’s no data, no fee — if we can’t recover your files, you don’t pay for the recovery.
How long does it take?
It depends on the failure. Straightforward recoveries can be quick; physically damaged drives and board-level work take longer. We give you a timeframe with your quote.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Every device is handled confidentially. We only access what the recovery needs, and your files come back to you and no one else.
My drive is making noise or won’t mount — what should I do?
Stop using it. Every power-on and read can overwrite what’s left. Don’t run recovery software on a physically failing drive, and don’t open it yourself — bring it in and let us evaluate it.
