Mail-in console repair, done right.
Ship us your PlayStation, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch for HDMI port replacement, cleaning and thermal or liquid metal work, and disc drive and power repairs. Quality parts, a firm quote before any work begins, and every console tested before it heads back to you.
Most PS5 HDMI repairs are $150 to $175
A new console runs about $500. If yours says no signal, the HDMI port is usually the only thing wrong, and it’s a repair we do every week. Request a quote and we’ll reply with your price and the mail-in address.
A repair that lasts
We have been repairing consoles and HDMI ports for years and have done hundreds of them. The new port comes from the same manufacturer the console uses, and how it’s anchored and soldered is what makes it hold up to real use. Every repair carries a 90 day warranty on our work.
Not a PS5? The same repair covers Xbox Series X and S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Tell us what it’s doing and we’ll quote it the same way.

Takes about a minute. We reply within one business day with your price and the mail-in address.
What we repair by mail
HDMI is the one we see most, but the same repair skills cover cooling, drives, and power. We diagnose the console first and quote it before anything billable happens.
HDMI port replacement
The repair we see most by mail. If the picture is gone, flickering, or cutting in and out, the port on the board is usually cracked or has bent pins. We desolder the damaged port and solder in a new one. Most PS5 HDMI port repairs run $150 to $175.
Cleaning, thermal paste & liquid metal
Loud fans, hot exhaust, or shutdowns in the middle of a game. We open the console, clear out the dust, and redo the thermal interface with fresh paste or liquid metal to bring temperatures back down.
Disc drive replacement
Discs that won’t read, won’t load, or won’t eject. When the drive itself has failed, we replace it and pair it to your console so it reads games again.
Won’t power on & power issues
Dead consoles, no light, or a system that turns on and off in a loop. We trace the power path to find the failing part instead of guessing, then quote the fix.
Controller & connectivity issues
Stick drift, dead buttons, worn triggers, and Wi-Fi or Bluetooth that won’t hold a connection. Tell us what it’s doing and we’ll price it before we start.

04 How mail-in works
Four steps, start to finish
Simple and low-risk. You get a firm price before we touch the console, and it comes home tested with insured tracking.
Request a quote or call
Tell us which console you have and what it’s doing through the quote form, or call the shop. We’ll confirm it’s something we handle and send you the mail-in address.
Pack it and ship it
Send the console by itself and leave the controllers and cables at home. You create the label and cover shipping to us. Wrap it in a sturdy box with padding on all sides so nothing shifts in transit.
We diagnose & send a firm quote
1 to 2 business daysWhen your console arrives we inspect it, confirm the real problem, and email you a firm price. The diagnostic is free, and nothing billable happens until you approve it.
We repair, test & ship back
3 to 5 business daysWe do the repair, test the console to make sure the fix holds, and ship it back to you with insured, tracked return shipping.
Common questions
How long does a mail-in console repair take?+
Once your console reaches us, most repairs are done within 3 to 5 business days, plus shipping time each way. We diagnose it first and send a firm quote, and the repair clock starts once you approve the price. We’ll give you a realistic timeline with your quote.
Should I include my controllers or cables?+
No, send the console by itself. We don’t need the controllers, power cable, or HDMI cable to do the repair, and leaving them out keeps the box lighter and lowers the chance something gets lost. If a controller is the actual problem, mail that in instead and tell us so.
How should I pack the console?+
Use a sturdy box a few inches larger than the console on every side and pad it well with bubble wrap or foam so it can’t shift. Don’t ship it in just the retail box or a padded envelope. Include a note with your name, phone number, and a short description of the problem so we can match it to your quote.
Is my return shipment insured?+
Yes. We ship every repaired console back with tracked, insured return shipping so it’s covered on the way home. Return shipping is quoted along with the repair so you see the full cost before you approve anything.
What does the 90 day warranty cover?+
Our work. If the repaired port stops working in normal use within 90 days, send it back and we’ll make it right at no charge. It doesn’t cover new physical damage, like a drop or a yanked cable, or unrelated faults that show up later.
