Your team stops
shipping laptops.
We put a drop-off locker on your site and collect from it twice a week. Machines are repaired here in Ithaca and returned to the same locker. Nobody on your staff packs a box, books a courier, or answers a single question about where a device has got to.
01 How it works
One cabinet, and a collection run.
Step 1
A locker goes in your IT area
We supply the cabinet and set it up. It lives wherever makes sense for your team, and it stays locked.
Step 2
Staff leave the machine and scan the code
The QR code on the door opens a two minute form: who owns it, what it is doing, and whether there is a passcode. No ticket to raise, no email to write, no one from your team in the middle.
Step 3
We collect twice a week
We come to you on a set schedule and take everything in the locker. Nothing is packed, nothing is shipped, and nobody waits at a desk for a courier.
Step 4
It comes back to the same locker
Repaired, tested and returned on the next run, with the work written up. The owner can look up where their machine is at any point without asking your team.
The form behind the code is two minutes and one screen. Look at it before you decide whether your team would use it.
The work disappears, not just the repair.
Packing and shipping machines to a depot
Raising a ticket for every repair by hand
Answering "where is my laptop" for two weeks
Tracking who has which loaner
Chasing Apple for warranty claim paperwork
Deciding whether a fault is covered or not
02 Why it matters who repairs it
Warranty work stays warranty work.
We are an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Machines under warranty or AppleCare are repaired with genuine Apple parts, by Apple certified technicians, and the coverage is not affected. We make the claim and handle the paperwork, including educational AppleCare and the fee waivers that come with it.
The practical difference is time. A machine sent out to a depot is gone for a week or two. The same repair done here is usually back on your next collection.
MacBook, iMac and Mac mini
Screens, batteries, top cases, logic board faults and liquid damage. In and out of warranty.
iPhone
Screens, batteries, back glass and charge ports, with genuine parts and the Apple calibration that keeps True Tone and Face ID working.
iPad
Screens, batteries and charge ports, including the models Apple handles as a whole unit service.
Windows laptops and desktops
The machines an Apple depot will not take at all. Same locker, same collection, same write-up.
03 What it costs
The price is agreed before the locker arrives.
Institutional repairs run at a flat rate per repair, set in advance and put in writing. Personal devices belonging to students, staff and faculty are repaired at a discounted rate.
We bill whoever owns the machine, so no repair lands on your budget unless the college owns the device. You get the rates in writing before anything is installed.
A student, staff or faculty personal device
We quote the owner and bill them directly. Nothing touches your budget.
A machine the college owns
We quote the department that owns it, at the flat rate agreed up front.

04 Starting
Try one locker for a term.
We cover the cabinet and the setup. Put it in one building, see what it collects, and end it whenever you like. If it is not saving your team time by the end of the term, we take the cabinet away and that is the end of it.
Pricing is a flat rate per repair for institutional work, agreed up front, with a discounted rate for personal devices belonging to students, staff and faculty. Happy to put it in writing before anything is installed.

Ask about a locker
Tell us which building and roughly how many machines a month you send out. We will come back with a flat rate and a date.
