A battery that lasts a full day again
Check Settings → Battery → Battery Health. When your Maximum Capacity has dropped and your iPhone dies by lunch or shuts off in the cold, it’s the battery, not the phone.

Most battery replacements are done in about 2 hours with parts in stock. If your iPhone is covered under AppleCare+ or Apple Limited Warranty, your repair may be fully covered or available at a reduced cost.

Before you bring your iPhone in
Please disable Find My iPhone and back up your data if possible. While we take every precaution, repair carries a risk of data loss. Backing up to iCloud or a computer beforehand ensures your photos, messages, and files are safe no matter what. If your iPhone won’t power on and you need the files off it, we also do data recovery.

How long does an iPhone repair take?+
Most iPhone repairs are completed in about 2 hours with parts in stock. If your model needs a part we don’t have on the shelf, we’ll tell you the timeframe when you drop it off.

Do I need to do anything before bringing my iPhone in?+
Before bringing in your iPhone, please disable Find My iPhone and back up your data if possible. While we take every precaution, repair carries a risk of data loss. Backing up to iCloud or a computer beforehand ensures your photos, messages, and files are safe no matter what.
Do you take AppleCare+?+
We accept AppleCare+ and Apple Limited Warranty on all eligible devices. With AppleCare+ coverage, the service fee is $0 for a battery, $29 for a screen, $29 for back glass, and $99 for any other damage to the whole unit or for liquid damage. Not sure about your coverage? Bring your device to our Ithaca location and we’ll check for you.
What does an iPhone repair cost?+
Battery replacements run $89 to $109 and screen replacements run $159 to $389, both depending on your model. Out-of-warranty back glass replacement is $179 on iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, and iPhone 15 series and newer (iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max don’t have a replaceable back glass). Other repairs are quoted after we look at the phone, and you always get a firm price before any work starts.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?+
Most repairs are quoted up front with no diagnostic fee. Liquid damage or a phone that won’t power on carries a $39 diagnostic fee, which covers opening the phone up and telling you exactly where it stands before any work begins.
