What we recover from
Laptops and phones are what we pull files from most, but almost anything that stores data can be sent in. The files are usually still there, even when the device won’t turn on.
Laptops
Won’t boot, won’t charge, took a spill, or the drive failed. We reach the storage and pull your files even when the machine is dead.
Phones
Cracked, dead, or water damaged, but the photos, messages, and contacts are still inside. We recover them when the phone won’t power on.
External hard drives
Clicking, buzzing, won’t spin up, not detected, or formatted by mistake. Portable and desktop drives both.
SSDs & USB drives
Solid state drives that drop off or read as RAW, and flash drives with snapped connectors or files that vanished.
Memory & SD cards
Camera, phone, and drone cards that read empty, show the wrong size, or ask to be reformatted.
Water and power damage
Liquid spills and power surges call for work at the board level. When possible we read the storage chips directly in our shop.

Most recoveries land in this range, depending on the failure and how much work it takes. Board level work and physically damaged cases can run higher, and we’ll always tell you before doing that work. You approve a firm quote first, with no surprises on the bill.

Pack it and ship it in
Wrap the device well and mail it to the shop. You create the label and cover shipping to us. A snug box and some padding keep a fragile drive or phone safe in transit.

We identify the failure and send you a firm price before any billable work starts. The evaluation is free, and if we can’t recover it you don’t pay for the attempt. No data, no fee.
We recover and return
Once you approve, we recover your files and ship everything back insured, with the recovered data on an encrypted drive alongside your device.
