“I've gone here twice now and had a great experience both times. The shop is small and chill with lots of parking and a little waiting area; the staff got to me quickly, and the estimate process is fast and clear, so I knew what to expect and how long things would take. I went in once with a dead iPhone and I don't remember them charging me anything at all to quickly check it over and tell me it wasn't really worth repairing given its age and the problems with it. Yesterday I went in with a Macbook Pro and paid a $85 diagnostic fee, then today got a call telling me they'd fixed it while diagnosing the problem, and that I could come pick it up with no additional charge. In both cases I found the folks who helped me very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. I've worked for an Apple Specialist repair shop before, so I've been on both sides of the counter, and from what I've seen, this place is a no-nonsense, affordable option I can confidently recommend.”
