Pack it up and ship it
Back up anything you can, pack the device so it can’t shift, and ship it to our Ithaca shop. You create the label and cover shipping to us; we’ll confirm the moment it lands on the bench.
We diagnose and quote
We test it, find the real problem, and send you a firm price. The diagnostic is free and nothing billable happens until you approve it, and if it’s not worth fixing we’ll say so.
We fix it and ship it back
Once you approve, we do the work and return it insured and tracked, so you know where it is the whole way home.
