Mail in your graphics card, we repair the board.
Ship us the card from anywhere in the US for board-level repair: melted power connectors, failed power stages, failed memory chips, no display, and thermal work. We bench test it, send you a firm price, and don’t start until you say go.
A dead card is usually one failed part
Replacing a current high-end card costs many hundreds of dollars. A burnt connector or a failed power stage is a repair. Tell us what the card is doing and we’ll reply with the next step and the mail-in address.
A straight answer either way
Not every card is worth repairing. A failed GPU core usually is not, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a repair with bad odds. A failed memory chip is a different matter: we replace those. When it is repairable, you get a firm price first and a 90 day warranty on the work.

What we repair by mail
Power delivery faults are what we see most, and they are the ones with the best odds. The same bench handles thermal work, fans, and ports.
Melted & burnt power connectors
Scorched 12VHPWR or 8-pin connectors from a bad seat or a partial contact. We replace the connector and inspect the board underneath, because the heat that melted the plug usually reached what sits behind it.
Board-level power repair
Failed power stages, gate drivers, and shorted rails. We trace the fault to the component under a microscope and repair the board itself rather than writing off a card for one dead part.
No display or no signal
The card isn’t detected, or the system posts with nothing on screen. We bench test it in a known-good system first, so the diagnosis doesn’t depend on the build it came out of.
Artifacting & failed memory
Colored blocks, flickering textures, or crashes under load. We run the card hard to find the failing memory chip, then replace it: the dead chip comes off, the pads are prepped, and a reballed chip goes back on. Very few shops attempt this.
Overheating & thermal service
Clocks dropping and temperatures climbing. We strip the cooler, replace the paste and the memory and VRM pads at the right thickness, and re-test under load. A good option for a used or ex-mining card.
Fan & port replacement
Grinding fans, a fan that has stopped, or a HDMI or DisplayPort connector with bent or broken pins. Both are common on cards that have been moved between builds.
Desktop cards from every maker
Any add-in board from any partner brand. Ship from anywhere in the US. Laptop graphics are a different job, so bring the machine to the shop instead.

04 How mail-in works
Four steps, start to finish
Simple and low-risk. You get a firm price before we touch the card, and it comes home tested, with tracking.
Request a quote or text
Tell us the card you have and what it’s doing through the quote form, or text the shop. We’ll confirm it’s something we handle and send you the mail-in address.
Pack the card and ship it
Send the card by itself, in an anti-static bag inside a padded box. Leave the tower, the cables, and the riser at home. You create the label and cover shipping to us.
We diagnose & send a firm quote
1 to 2 business daysWhen the card arrives we bench test it, find the failed component, and email you a firm price. The diagnostic is free, and nothing billable happens until you approve it.
We repair, stress test & ship back
3 to 5 business daysWe do the repair, run the card under sustained load to make sure the fix holds, and send it home on your return label with the tracking number in your inbox.
Common questions
How should I pack a graphics card?+
Take the card out of the machine, put it in an anti-static bag, and pack it in a box with a few inches of padding on every side so it cannot shift. The original retail box inside a shipping box is ideal if you still have it. Don’t ship a bare card in a padded envelope, and don’t ship it still installed in the tower. Include a note with your name, phone number, and what the card is doing.
Should I send the whole computer?+
No, send the card by itself. It ships smaller, cheaper, and safer, and we test every card in our own bench system anyway, so we don’t need the rest of your build to diagnose it. If you are not sure whether the card is the problem and you are local, bring the tower in instead.
What does it cost?+
It depends on the fault. A thermal service is a different job from a board-level power repair or a connector replacement, so we diagnose the card first and send you a firm price before anything billable happens. The diagnostic on mail-in cards is free, and if the card isn’t worth repairing we will tell you that rather than quote you a repair with bad odds.
Is my card still under warranty?+
Check before you ship it to us. Most cards carry a two or three year manufacturer warranty, and opening the card or removing the cooler normally voids it. If yours is still covered, an RMA is the cheaper path and we will say so. We are the option for cards out of warranty, cards the manufacturer won’t cover, and cards you need back sooner than an RMA takes.
What if you can’t fix it?+
Some faults are not economically repairable, a failed GPU core most of all. When that is what we find we tell you plainly instead of running up a bill, and you decide whether to have the card shipped back or recycled. You are never billed for a repair you did not approve. Failed memory is a different story: we replace VRAM chips, so a card another shop turned away is still worth sending.
How does return shipping work?+
You provide the return label, and most customers make their own online in a few minutes. Add insurance to the label if you want the trip home covered. We pack the card properly, attach your label, and send you the tracking number the day it ships.
What does the 90 day warranty cover?+
Our work. If the repair we performed fails in normal use within 90 days, send it back and we will make it right at no charge. It does not cover new physical damage, or an unrelated fault elsewhere on the card that shows up later.
